Applications for the waitlist will be available at the Maria B. Freitas Property Office:

  • Mon - Thurs 9:00am – 4:30pm (closed for lunch between 12:00pm - 1:00pm)
  • Friday 9:00am-1:30pm (closed for lunch between 1:30pm - 2:30pm)

Rents

This is a waitlist opening in a 62-unit non-smoking community with one-bedrooms which are currently occupied


Apartment Specifications:

  1. All apartments are approximately 545 sq ft. (1 bedroom, kitchen, bath, with deck or patio).
  2. Rent is approximately 30% of the household’s income minus medical out of pocket expenses.
  3. Rent will be adjusted annually by annual recertification process. Water and garbage services are included in rent payments.
  4. Residents are responsible for electricity, cable, internet and telephone.
