Home Match is a free home sharing program that connects people who are looking to rent a room in their home/ apartment or ADU on their property with community  members who are seeking affordable housing options. Home Match makes introductions based on shared lifestyle preferences and communication style to ensure compatibility. We screen applicants through interviews, background checks and home visits. We support participants who decide to move in together with crafting a Living Together Agreement that combines agreements about shared use of space with a lease agreement and provide ongoing support through the duration of the match.
