The Authority proposes the following as a package proposal which must be accepted in its entirety or it is deemed to be rejected. The Authority reserves the right to modify and/or add to this proposal.
1. Term – January 1, 2024 through March 31, 2027
2. General Increases
Effective the first full pay period after Board of Commissioners approval of this MOU, all classifications in the bargaining unit will receive a base wage increase of six percent (6%).
Effective the first full pay period after April 1, 2025, all classifications in the bargaining unit will receive a base wage increase of three percent (3%).
Effective the first full pay period after April 1, 2026, all classifications in the bargaining unit will receive a base wage increase of three percent (3%).
3. Health
3.1.3 Section 125 Plan Allowance
As long as legally and administratively permissible, effective the first full pay period after Board of Commissioners approval of this MOU, the Authority shall contribute:

4. Vacation Redemption – MHA maintains its1/23/2024 counter
5. Emergency Evacuation – SEIU 1/31/2024 counter
6. Wellness Reimbursement – Convert proposal into $500 lump sum at ratification and $500 at April 1, 2025.
