Eligible seniors will be referred to units subsidized with Section 8 Project-Based Vouchers from the Marin Housing Authority in partnership with the non-profit housing owners. The housing assistance is only available at the designated property for seniors meeting the income restrictions indicated below. After 12 months of residency, participants will be eligible for a Housing Choice Voucher, subject to availability.
The Warner Creek Senior Housing project provides 61 1-bedroom apartments for low-income seniors earning less than 50% of area median income. The units are all one-bedroom only, with a maximum occupancy of two individuals, both aged 62 or above. Income restrictions are in place. See income guidelines:

All requests for Reasonable Accommodation will be considered. A limited supply of paper applications will be available at the Marin Housing office at 4020 Civic Center Drive, San Rafael Monday through Thursday between 10 and 4 and at Golden Gate Village for mailing back.
TO APPLY, YOU MUST BE 62 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION (On June 3rd, 2024). ALL NON-ELDERLY APPLICATIONS WILL BE REJECTED.
