The Housing Authority of the County of Alameda (HACA) will be accepting online applications for its Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program and HACA-owned Project based 3- and 4-bedroom units in Emeryville and Union City for families with very low-income and extremely low-income.


Applications will be accepted starting Tuesday April 2, 2024 at 8:00am PST through Friday April 5, 2024 at 11:59pm PST.  HACA will conduct a random lottery draw of all applications received during the opening period to be placed on the waitlists.
