Meeting Minutes

Regular Meeting: October 23, 2024

1. Attendance: Michael, Regina, Kevin, Mark, Lynette, Royce (Karen and Antoinette in another Zoom Link) 

Review of Oct/2024 Mins.: Approved.

2. Michael H. Chair: Next year’s RAB Plan for Yearly MH Annual Submission.

a. Recruitment for members strategies. Stipend and guidelines.

b. Submission of RAB Comments to MH Annual Plan as required to meet the goal. 2025/2026.

c. Kevin: Stated support of this plan. Also Reminded the Board of Prior Binders provided before this submission was issued to the RAB.

d. Royce: Provided “Vital” information from MH Doc.’s received after submission to the Commission. (Supporting the Plan MH Chair suggested for 2026.)

e. Royce provided to the RAB the documented problem: No review from RAB, ect…Solution to address the error, as well. MH: Will pursue the necessary steps to address the issue w/ Regina and Royce.

f. RAB voted to Use Newly designed Logo in submission of needed documents.

3. Lynette: Inquired of recent New RAB members.

Michael informed of status. No Longer Members.
