Item 1:

Agenda: RAB By-Laws

*Motion:

Missing 2 consecutive unexcused or 3 unexcused absences in 12 months will be cause for removal from the RAB Board.

Motion Approved

Item 2:

Request by Chairperson: That all board members read the six pages of the suggested By-Laws before the February meeting. We will vote on individual parts of by-laws at the forthcoming board meetings.

*Motion:

To select a slate of nominees for board officers at the February Board meeting.

Motion approved 

Discussion:

New Officer Open Slate for Nomination at February meeting:

*Board Chairperson 

*Board Vice Chairperson 

*Board Secretary 

New Officer nominations are to occur at the March RAB meeting.

Vote for Officers to occur at March meeting.

New Business:

Royce: RCC meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month. RAB members are invited to attend in person or via Zoom.

March meeting should be in person at the MHA offices
