Pre-Purchase Certification Workshop Online Series: May 1 & 2, 2024

In collaboration with Marin Housing and other agencies in the Bay Area offering affordable housing and resources for homebuyers

Topics to be covered include:

• The homebuying process and steps to homeownership
• Housing affordability
• Financial and credit management
• The lending process and fair lending
• Federal, state, and local programs and resources for first-time homebuyers (including Below Market Rate homeownership opportunities and downpayment assistance)

HUD Certification:

• This workshop offers the certificate needed to apply for Below Market Rate (BMR) homeownership opportunities and for first-time homebuyer assistance programs.
• Participants need to attend both days and fulfill all requirements to obtain a HUD Certificate. More details at registration.
