Housing affordability and expenses
Home loans and predatory lending
BMR (Below Market Rate) and first-time homebuyer’s programs
HUD Certification:
This is a HUD Certification Workshop that fulfills the certification requirement needed to apply for most Below Market Rate (BMR) units and for First Time Homebuyer's loans and other programs.
Participants must attend both dates and fulfill all requirements to obtain a HUD Certificate. More details at registration.
