Bradley House is a 15-unit apartment community, that is part of the scenic and historic Tiburon Peninsula. Housed in a former school, the converted design is for seniors 62 years of age or older at the time of application, and persons with disabilities.


Twelve (12) of the fifteen (15) units are subsidized under the U.S. Departments of HUD Section 8 program. The one-story building is in close proximity to the charming down- town with its grocery stores and public transportation.

Applications may be obtained by mail or in person during office hours at the Fairfax office. Only applications postmarked by 05/31/2024 will be accepted for placement on the waiting list.
