Here is the new 2021 BMR Program Application. Please fill out current application, since it reflects the new HUD Income Limits for Marin County, effective 4/1/2021. Return your application to Marin Housing along with a check for the annual participation fee of $25, unless you have already reapplied for 2021, and a copy of your Homebuyer Education Certificate of Completion. The certificate is good for 3 years, for our BMR program, so please make sure it is current. As a courtesy, if you applied to the 2020 BMR program in the last quarter of the year (Oct-Dec 2020), you will be kept in the database for 2021 and you do not need to reapply at this time.
