Residential Rehabilitation Loan Program Eligibility

To be eligible for the Residential Rehabilitation Loan Program, you must meet the following guidelines: 



  • You are the legal owner of the property in need of repair.
  • The property is your principal residence.
  • The after-rehabilitation value of your home does not exceed 100% ($1,755,000 for 2023) of the current median sales price for The County of Marin
  • Your total household annual income is less than the current limits established for 2023 for Marin County by the California’s Department of Housing and Community Development (CalHCD) as shown below:
